Hot Under The Collar
Motorcycles are generally built to a tried and tested formula, with regards to packaging.
I designed this flat track race bike with space saving in mind. It featured an air scoop fed radiator hidden beneath where a traditional fuel tank would be. In this case the fuel cell forms part of the subframe and seat section.
The result is not only a sleeker form thanks to the omission of a large rectangular radiator perched ahead of the engine, but also being mounted internally there’s less chance of race ending damage.
